The negative comments on here are surprising to me. The staff at this location has always treated my pup with care, actually every time we visit the vet, because he recognizes it, he gets SUPER excited to go & pulls me to get in faster. The staff equally loves Chino’s visits. I have never overspent & never felt they were trying to get more money out of me. They provided me options & quoted me prices, & the decisions were entirely up to my husband & me.

Great place. I take my cat here. The vet technicians and staff are excellent, however this one receptionist is extremely hostile unless you are speaking perfect french. Additionally last time we came she made a fuss when we requested our insurance papers I don't understand the problem there because I thought helping with that stuff might have been her job. I come here for my pet's health and safety, not to get blasted for saying an English word or accidentally stumbling in French. Still sticking with this place since as I mentioned, the rest of the staff are truly great, however a receptionist is the first face you see when you walk in the door and this stuff doesn't set a good precedent.

Nouvelle clinique pour nous car ancienne clinique, mauvaise expérience. Ici personnel super gentil et calme. Techniciennes et vétérinaire ont su mettre notre chien en confiance. On a apprécié le fait qu’il lui ont laissé le temps de s’acclimater à son environnement et ne pas le mettre sur la table pour l’examiner.
De plus, utilisé bon truc pour lui donner vaccin dans la bouche en seringue ?
Examen très complet et vétérinaire donne bcp explications.

So courteous and kind. As the nervous human, the service and patience of the team was incredible. As a proud cat owner, my little boy was well taken care of and was "very brave" thanks to that same incredible staff and Doctors. 6/5 stars.

Mon chemin pendant 12 ans a eu un excellent service. Toute l'équipe est super accueillant et gentil..mon chien est décédé en septembre l'équipe HVSL nous a envoyé une lettre très touchante d'encouragement et de support pour la perte de notre chien. ce support morale était très important pour nous. Grand merci nous oublierons jamais votre gentillesse.
