We can't say enough good things about OPTI, always professional very knowledgeable and they care about their clients. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of! We've treated with Brian for many years, a back surgery, neck surgery, 2 shoulder surgeries and now a total knee replacement and won't go anywhere else!!

With only my first two physical therapy appointments with Josh at OPTI, I am so grateful that my surgeon sent me here for out-patient physical therapy and that Josh is my therapist!! Josh takes his time to explain about each exercise, why it's being done, what progress is being made, what needs to be performed to get optimum result, what time expectations are expected. He truly cares about my recovery and about my well being. I have been to a number of physical therapy clinics and have had several different physical therapists before, yet have never experienced the quality, concern and care that is shown here at OPTI and that Josh provides. Again, I am so grateful to have Josh as my P.T. and OPTI as the clinic. THANK YOU!!

The Physical Therapists are great, but the billing is dishonest and unethical. I was told from day 1 that the cost of each session covered everything in the session and that my insurance would not cover anything until I hit my deductible. That is fine and perfectly understandable.
The problem is that they waited until you have finished all your sessions, then a month or so later (which was about 6 months after my first session). They sent me a huge additional bill for each time the Therapist worked over my shoulder and for each time they iced my shoulder... Ended up being nearly $1,000 charge extra even after I had already paid for each session. No one at the center knew I would be charged extra every time they iced my shoulder or every time they touched me... and it only showed up well after my treatments were done...
I do not recommend going there, The therapists were great, but the unethical billing practice is shady.

My husband was referred to the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Institute by Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group after a rotator cuff issue. He saw Tyler Baxter who was amazing - he was patient, encouraging and really helped my husband regain his mobility and strength. As a spouse, I appreciated that I was able to accompany him for the first few appointments so that I could assist with the home component during the recovery process. Having been to several PT's myself, I would highly recommend Tyler & this clinic.

Very happy with the therapy I am currently receiving and am making progress!! A lot of folks will shun physical therapy but because the surgery was on my dominant hand I want to ensure that I am doing all I can to get back to 100% of use. Thank you, Taylor, for helping me get there!!!

I'm very pleased with the therapy I'm receiving at OPTI. I do my exercises at the business as well as at home. I get personalized treatment, and my therapist is very focused on helping me achieve my goal. Yes, I would definitely recommend this business.
